I'm pretty sure they were comparing vs full price at M very recently (maybe even over the weekend) and vs mbuy chicken fillets price in M when 2 were bought (which coincidentally is 2 for £7.50 and different to the Savers Chicken offer). In which case, this could be brand-new:D:D:D and therefore absolutely fantastic. I know that at least one person will try them and find out whether this is Monday's price data!
Yup thats the ones Savvy0 -

Well spotted!
Just dug some of the A chicken from my freezer and scanned with MSL.... gives a replacement in M of 3 for £10
Which would suggest £4.00 and any 3 for £10 ones in M. Doesn't seem right to me, based on the weight. The £4.00/3 for £10 packs in M are outside the weight range? I thought these 613g ones compared to the other ones in M, within 10% weight range, which are on £X.XX and any 2 for ... offer? (Sorry can't remember exact pricing, as actual chicken fillets price in M is way too expensive to compare to, lol:rotfl::rotfl: - and was also taking in account that people already likely to have had fresh meat, seemingly better at the time when I was in M on Monday, with the Sun voucher from M.)
Remember msm/msl can show half the weight or double the weight and unadjusted prices for that, so what suggests it may compare to may not actually compare on the APG, whereas the APG is +/-10% (albeit sometimes nominally with M as the instore collection can glitch) and therefore it is the one within weight range in M that is the one the APG would compare to (albeit that that seems to have been put into the 2 for £1.50 yogurt offer lol:rotfl::rotfl:).
In short, msl seems to me to be wrong. The chicken fillets at £4.29 compare to a different chicken fillets pack in M, which may not be on msm/msl at all, albeit that they are (on the receipt comparison from the shop of 10.19am) comparing to the 2 for £1.50 yogurt price. They have it as a chicken fillets pack in M, that they are comparing to, but have an incorrect price, or more likely incorrect mbuy price, for them (having entered it into the offer with the M yogurts).0 -
Other items RTC instore A include the Duracell Rechargeable CEF22 Multi-Battery Charger
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Duracell-Rechargeable-CEF22-Multi-Battery-Charger/dp/B001GXVZFY
Reduced from £22 to £10 (on SEL) - may be store specific but worth checking if you are looking for one.

(If this is brand-new, hopefully I am right in thinking I saw them, both singular and twosome purchase, on wombles over the weekend comparing correctly to M's chicken fillets. If that is so, that the price for M was right on Saturday/Sunday but isn't right now, it would mean that this is now on Monday's data, which is what we want to be current. Need to go and look at the womble in detail now to see if prices of the other items on the womble suggest last week or this week.)0 -
And probably my last tune of the night

I really don't think the yoghurt is required
but I have my hat on standby...ready to eat :rotfl:
I agree - but I have a hat ready too. The reason being that, as the chicken fillets are linked into the 2 for £1.50, you can either mix and match with whatever they've put into the same 2 for £1.50 offer on the APG system, which we know includes A CBY Greek Style Yogurt 500g but we don't know what, if anything, else has also been put into the same 2 for £1.50 offer, or 2x chicken fillets is, by itself, in the 2 for £1.50 so would compare to that.davemorton wrote: »But in the ambrosia glitch, you had to buy the ambrosia.
But I readily admit...what do I know
But the Ambrosia glitch was quite different. That was against a 3 for '2' (or maybe a bogo'f', I forget which - I wouldn't if I had been there at the time:( - but this doesn't affect the point) where the system used the cheapest priced item to calculate the value of the 'free' (or 'cheapest free') product. Therefore to get the cheapest prices to be used, you'd have to buy the Ambrosia. That isn't the situation here but is a straight 2 for £1.50 mbuy - no such calculation about it. It's 2 for £1.50 if two are bought or 75p each if two different items, whatever are both put into the same M offer on the system, are bought.0
