    Dd you check the price of the pods instore before this order? I went to my local today and they were priced at £12.xx, didnt have time to go to checkout for price check as store was busy and i was only on my lunchbreak.

    I've tried this in various stores and my most local is the only one thats given me success. Yeah, its best to check however they like to just put a charge on the bill of £12.48 x (however many you order) and not scan them at all :eek: . I personally would add 1 or 2 to a regular order and see the outcome, its been very much hit and miss. :(

    Ga, I was a bit controversial there:rotfl::rotfl:. Though I do think my rejection of what marketers are trying to tell me does help me save a significant deal of money. I don't know how much of it is "Aspie-related" (that chestnut again:D) but, apparently, people on the Asperger spectrum are a lot more unlikely to be taken by designer clothing or the need to follow current fashions or anything. Current fashion is always expensive IMO:p, whilst not following what is "in" (for no apparent reason other than being "popular", surely a very good reason therefore to avoid it?!?) and being unseasonal are fantastic money-savers. When something is popular, sellers can simply ramp the prices up.

    Figures:rotfl::rotfl:.

    Popular is not necessarily good and neither is it, most times, money-saving. Should I accept something simply because it is "popular"? Lol, I suspect some of my Asperger-stubbornness is (quite rightly IMO) creeping in there again!:rotfl:

    Totally justified, as ever:rotfl:.

    (Stubborness and resistance to marketing tactics - what a good thing to have in my view!:))
