That happened to me too! I thought it was because I tried immediately after cashing out on my account....i.e. same evening. Only link was same address. It said to call them, but I did not bother.
Catching up, so will read on, as you may have commented further.
Thanks for bringing this over from the last thread, I would not have thought to do that.

Regardless of whether all still working your biggest problem is the size of the APG you'll generate :eek: meaning a £50 voucher which might be hard to use, but if you're happy with it.....

Yes you are right think i will take some of the items off. Do not have trouble using the APG on click and collect orders though as they attach them to the account

Yes I know, but my point is that unless your orders are usually over £50 you'll have problems using a solitary £50 voucher. That order would have been about £70+.
