Mhoc, whenever myself or my Elite partner in crime
find 1p items, we tend to hide them in another aisle, then take our first lot through....that way, if you do get caught, (and we both have been,) the staff don't find any on the shelf when they go to remove them. Then later, you can go back and get them from your hiding place and get them through SS.
Just a suggestion.....works for us....its just a game, and its good to be one step ahead :jKeep Moving 2018 challenge.

Also McV Jaffa Cakes 12 pack are down to 50p in M, but not considered to be a good price for them (S/P 40p and then vs M, although - have S/P had a weight reduction as shows 135g on msm rather than McV's and CBY's 150g?. Maybe not, maybe they were 'always' 135g).
2 for £2 on McV JC in A. Also includes Fruit Shortcake which was 54p last week in M - and still is - some of the Fox's biscuits have gone down to that price too - but all (McV Fruit Shortcake and Fox's) being kept off M list as own brand Fruit Shortcake (with trigger maybe) is much better, vs M, M at 34p on those rather than expensive 54p. But remember there is a reason why these are 3 for £1 in A - they are very convenient items for muggles to buy that the stores use to get people to depart from their intended shopping lists and thus pay the store more - they are 3 for £1 for a very good reason - that gets people buying more packets and, I suspect, these are items that make profits for the store. Precisely the very items for us to avoid if money-saving! They are "convenient" items - in other words, they are items that the stores make to be "convenient" to us in order so that they can make money from us (which is their only reason for existence). Anything that stores try to do to make to be for 'our convenience', and I'm perhaps not being too cynical, is there solely to make money for the stores and to take money out of our purses/wallets. AVOID all biscuits, they are tempting and fill up loads of space on supermarket aisles, and they do so for a very good reason as they are very profitable for the supermarkets.
Plus your waistline will thank you. Think of that - and the money you are saving by not buying such items!0 -
