    Indeed Mr B. If the BPA could say "over 60% of Popla appeals are upheld" if would give the system massive credibility.

    Therefore, the more appeals won by members of the various fora, the less likely it is that the Government will change the system.

    Just advise the muppets to pay up, they would only spend the money on Blue Nun and scratch cards anyway, and complain that POPLA was bent.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
