Halifax Address not in england on 'moneyclaim'

Hi everyone, great site and after trawling through the info, I have decided to take the plunge and claim back some dosh!!

I have got to the 'threaten with court and have a settlement without prejudice' bit, but they hav'nt replied within the 14 days so I went to the moneyclaim site as per Martin's instructions/advice and then hit a bit of a snag......

sorry guys, this might be an obvious question, but when i try to use the moneyclaim site, it says that the Halifax address is not in England.........but it is!

how can I get past this, as it says the claim will be rejected and I will lose my fee..

please help quickly if you can, as I'm waiting to go to work and want to get it sorted ASAP!!!

What exactly did you put in?

I typed their full address as it appears on a letter from them.......

Halifax plc
Trinity road
Halifax
HX1 2RG

???

I put 'England' at the bottom and it wasn't required!!
