Filling in Working Tax Credit Form

Morning
I have quite a complicated pay - It is a low basic and on top of that I get a responsobility payment and a shift allowance. This is guarenteed every month. However I also get O/T (Most months)
When filling in the above form do I put on what is on last years P60 or do I include all the above except O/T....Help!

You include everything, including overtime, as it's still cash you're being paid.
EDIT: Remember that when your award is made it will be based on last year's income, but give you figures you're allowed to earn before you notify them of any changes. Why don't you just phone your claim through, have everything to hand and they'll talk you through what they need.0
