In praise of Coopers of Stortford

My elderly mother bought

Unfortunately, a design fault means that the legs have a tendency to snap together causing bruised fingers. Contacted Coopers who offered a refund. However, there was a problem, once assembled the wheels cannot be removed to get back in the box.

Once made aware Coopers have given full refund without return of the item. Many thanks for great customer service.

As an aside their LED reading lamp is superb for anyone with poor sight.

    Even better, they appear to have removed the offending item from their website
