Sky TV - BT infinity Broadband and Phone all out of contract - what to do?

I'm moving house hopefully in the next few weeks now and my sky and by infinity contracts are all out but still rolling on. When I move, I want to decide what to do.

I currently pay £50 for BT infinity broadband and £21 for sky tv. We have nothing on sky other than discovery and kids £1 bundles. However, having it for the last 6 years, we are use to the interface and watch everything through sky. I could miss the discover stuff but I wouldn't like to lose Disney Junior for my kids.

Do I really need sky or what alternatives are there? Is it worth extending my contract to BT and taking on their BT tv?

I stream all my movies via netflix and amazon prime so happy with that. I just feel I'm paying a lot for the both when I'm not sure if I'm really needing sky - I feel we have it because of habit!

I'm free to come out of my bt contract as well so my opinions are totally open but I haven't had a single problem with bt infinity in the last two years so I would not move unless it was a clear bargain. I download a lot due to ipad cloud and film streaming so unlimited and fast broadband would be needed.

Any opinions welcome!

Bt vision does discovery and also kids tv

Might be worth a call to bt to say you are "thinking of leaving to go to sky" as you are paying too much , I'm sure detentions will come up with an offer as they are doing loads at the moment for new customers

The first thing you need to do is check that BT Infinity is available at your new home.
I just got a deal for my sister with BT infinity 2 , anytime calls. TV entertainment + kids +music for £51.99 a month.
