Painful Hiccups

I haven't had them back yet (thankfully) to try anything out, but i'm ready and waiting :rotfl:

One cure that works for me and others that I have come across with hiccups is:

You need to hold your nose whilst someone else pours a glass of water into your mouth, you take gulps until you cannot drink anymore because you need to take a breath.

Everyone I have tried this on is amazed that it works so quickly, the only downside is that you need someone else to help you!

I've had 2 bouts of it today, but they went pretty quickly.

I'm not complaining that i've not been able to try some of these techniques, but i'm sure I will soon, s adly
