How to complain about a website

Does anyone know how you can complain about a website that does not reply to your emails and have no contact number? This has been going on for weeks - I wondered if there was an Ombudsman??

No, but if you have more information there maybe alternative ways of contacting them.0

If you didn't buy something from them ..... then leave it. Not all websites are live/current, but were past projects by people with good intentions.
Is it a "proper/selling website?" Did you buy something?0 -
Also is it UK based or overseas?0

Report them to actionfraud ?0

Hi, it's Dropbox which stores photos and videos if you run out of space on your iphone. I have paid for the service but videos don't work they have acknowledged the problem but have since not helped to resolve the problem - after a month of emailing every day for help I'm at my wits end. Any ideas???0

How about posting to the Techie Board and see if they can help with your actual problem.0 -
Even a quick google found results describing issues with video on Dropbox from over 3 years ago, so I wouldn't hold you breath for them to fix it. Given that, you might be better cancelling the service and finding a provider that will do what you want - there's a thread already running on the Techie board where people are comparing different offerings.0

are you necessarily entitled to money back? Have you been using the limited service despite knowing about the issues? Are you necessarily allowed to notice a problem, continue to use the site and then retrospectively ask 4 money back? I could argue your case were it like 1 or 2 payments but any more and one begs to ask the queston, why did you stay when you knew about the problems? These are just points to consider to be honest as I don't entirely know how you would do complaining.
Also, should they have a problem that isn't going to be resolved anytime soon and they have someone emailing every day about it then what do you expect them to do? Most people would eventually stop responding
