Deleted Credit agreement???

Hi all, Im hoping someone can shed some light on this for me. Long story short my credit score is pretty dire; 211 to be exact. I am currently trying to sort it all out and increase my credit rating.
I obtained my credit file a few months back and it had a huge list of creditors I did owe money to, got into trouble with ie fell behind with payments but have now since paid off and they are marked with a 'satisfied' and a CCJ which is also 'satisfied' which is very nearly 6 years old.
I noticed I had an amount of £54 owed to Natwest 'default' and an amount to BT of £415 also defaulted. After writing to both asking where and when I owed this money and that I had had no correspondance and that I was pretty sure I did not owe anything in regards to these accounts; I just had a letter back to say they couldnt help me in the matter i.e. they could not find anything. I then wrote to equifax to ask if they could alter my credit report and add my new address which had not been altered even though I moved nearly a year ago.
I had an alert today saying that I had deleted credit agreements and some new ones. The new ones being ones that are connected to my current address ie. water rates, phone line etc but the 'deleted ones' being the satisfied CCJ and other agreements plus the Natwest and BT that I disputed. However they are still on the file?? Am I missing something??
I did ring up to query it and did not really get an answer. They seemed confused as me then said their system was slow. Grrr!!

You don't have a credit score or a credit rating so your first paragraph doesn't mean much at all I'm afraid.
The accounts may have been deleted as they would fall off after 6 years since the default date - could this be a possibility? Either that or based on you writing to them they may have found in your favour and got rid of them.0 -
Thanks
So my credit score means nothing? I literally cannot get credit on anything! How can I improve it and also should I get hold of the experian report too to see whats on there?

why are they still showing on there? Is it likely to be an error?0

Defaults will make it difficult to get credit.
The 'score' itself will mean nothing. I'll give you discounted price of £13.99 for monthly report on paper, plus a random three digit number, and make approx £11.25 profit (£2 for report, and rest for post and packing), if that makes sense.
Different lenders will score you differently.

Why should it? CRA's process data. They don't lend money or provide services.
A business will see if you meet their standards before inviting you to become a customer. So they'll only deal with customers whose records are good enough.0 -
Sorry 'The Boss' I am totally new to this. Its my first post and I didnt see the thank you button0
