Letter received from Lloyd's Bank asking about PPI?

Hello, this is the first time that I have written in here so I hope you can give me some advice. I had a loan with Lloyd's years ago which had PPI. I haven't looked into the PPI side or claiming it back, but today I recieved a strange letter from them telling me that it may have been mis sold and they want me to fill out a questionnaire to establish if I have suffered any hardships because of it. Can you please advise me on what to do? They have sent me the policy number and their reference number, but what should I do now?

Its not a strange letter. It is a CCL. By sending a CCL, they are inviting you to complain if you think you were mis-sold. The only criteria for sending it is that you had PPI. It allows them to time bar you in three year if you dont complain. Can you please advise me on what to do?
Do you have reasons for complaint?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
