Quick summary of whats happened so far.
4 months ago i brought a fujifilm camera from Currys. The battery wouldnt charge so took it back the following day and they replaced the whole camera package for a new one.
charged and used the battery and camera 2 or 3 times then put it away
4 months later i get the camera out to charge it up as we go on holiday next week and battery wont charge.
take it back to currys and they say its a known problem and they will send the battery and charger back and get a replacement - Currys did this last thursday knowing we were going on holiday 10 days later and assured us the battery etc would be back in time.
Well - just phoned currys and battery hasnt turned up so starting to panic now as have no camera for holiday .
Do i have a right to ask for my money back or for a different camera ?
thanks for any advide given

You can always ask. Go in and explain the situation.0

See if they'll give you the battery and charger from their display model and use the replacement for that?Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
