I have gone through the process of claiming a PPI Payment with the Financial Ombudsman. He has awarded in my favour. HFC Bank have accepted his ruling. 14 weeks on and I have not received any communication from HFC Bank. I have been in touch with the adjudicator at the Ombudsman Service, he has contacted HFC bank on several times, each time the bank have said that they have 'forgotten' the claim. I have now decided to put pressure on HFC via any way I can,letters to the media, this post etc. Has any body else had these problems with HFC bank (now HSBC)
