Vision Blinds

Hi all,
My OH has seen some of these 'Vision Blinds' she would like to get. We had a quote from a local company, but it was well out of our budget. Before I dismiss this and go for verticals our second choice, I thought I'd see what I could get them for on the internet. Does anyone recommend any decent online retailer they've had experience with that do these.
Secondly, if I give exact measurements, will that include the cassette or do I need to adjust for this?
