Continuing bank charges, claim incomplete

My husband and I have 3 active claims against Lloyds TSB. I have just been offered an out of court settlement of £1541.97 (which includes interest and court fee).
However, since we commenced our claims, the bank is really messing us about. All our monthly payments including mortgage, direct debits and a Lloyds loan come out of our joint account. As my husband is self-employed, sometimes cheques are only just clearing on the day payments are due to be paid. The bank is bouncing direct debits left, right and centre (while ensuring loan payments are taken first). We have even tried paying in cash to avoid this, but they do not credit it until the following day.
One of the conditions of accepting my offer was that I make no further claims on my account. If similar restrictions are set for our joint account, how can we claim back these new charges? Any advice?
