Cheap Energy Club - No Longer Paying Cashback??

I switched to First Utility using the MSE Cheap Energy Club at the beginning of this year, yet my cashback has still not been paid. I have emailed twice (on 11th July and 1 August to energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com) and used the contact form at moneysavingexpert.com/faqs/i-havent-received-my-energy-club-cashback/

No one has ever replied to me and the team (if there is one) seem impossible to reach.

What can I do?

I think this is pretty standard. Happened to me too. Keep emailing, mark the emails as URGENT and COMPLAINT. Eventually someone may deal with it. They sent me a cheque in the post in the end.

Could be FU enough complaints about them on MSE .

Hi all - just to confirm that we do pay cashback for switches which can be submitted through Energy Club. This includes first-utility.

We try to reply to all our queries within 2 days - right now we're on track and actually answering emails within a few hours of them being received.

Southend1 - this definitely isn't standard, so I'm sorry that you had problems getting an update in the past.

Ecuk - I believe we've just had an exchange on twitter, where it seems our replies from 11 July and 1 August were not received.
