Shopping Insurance??

Hi,

I opened a little woods account, and several times, they phoned me and offered me shopping insurance, and then managed to sell it to me. I know this was incredibly gullible of me, but I know I shouldn't have bought this, and it was wrong for them to have done this. I was a student with no need for the insurance, and when my mum questioned them on it, they got nasty, and still refused to do anything. I was wondering if anything could be done on this?

Thank you :)

A few questions spring to mind:

How long ago was this and were you over 18 at the time of the sale?

Do you still have the insurance / account?

Do you have any records of your attempts to cancel it?

Is (or was) this clearly shown on your statements each month?
