    Just in.
Thanks so much Redx and c-m for posting as you have.
alex, I can add nothing material to those posts above.

    Read them carefully.
Check each point made by c-m, then make sure you have followed it.
Any Court appearance can be near you, after your N180 is in, if you ask for this and it proceeds that far.

This WILL be over, alex and you will still be alive and kicking. You still seem a bit bunny-in-headlights. Don't be. We all start that way until finding and following the help on here.

You can then shred PE's wasted trees, but keep your own docs on file.

Just a POI, alex - have you checked your January 2013 Bank statements to identify any location-relevant purchases for that day?

You still haven't answered these simple points from#7-
    Event where?
    Date?
Sequence of p/w. Do you have copies?

Next, you haven't yet done what you said yesterday you'd do, here:
'As all the information is at home, I will give the full details of what's happened so far either later today or tomorrow'

You've still time to make good on that and I'll look in until bedtime.

alex - are you beginning to see how you have to become organised, be logical, write simply, answer ?s, do as told:-)[being v.nicely said by a virtual grand-mère]

Have you identified the landowners? We can show you how.

We ask the time/date as lack of visibility[this was January, hence low-light winter at least]can be built into your later Statement of Defence, should it become necessary.

Now come on alex, help us to help you.

Otherwise, read#12 and pay up for someone else to do it - success NOT guaranteed. But then you should know by now there are no guarantees in Life.

I'd set you a haka to fire you up, but will be taking it to the ABs' Bledisloe Cup match vs Oz tomorrow morning in a Fens rugby pub.

You have homework, so crack on with it, alex.

Sorry for the delayed response - this is part of the reason why I was thinking about trying to just settle out of court as I find it really hard just to devote time to this, but now as I understand it's £250 after solicitors fees etc... it's getting silly now.

    In answer to your questions:

    1. Event where? The event took place in Borehamwood Retail Park in Borehamwood. I have looked into who the owners are and I believe it is a firm called Jones Lang LaSalle. In fact, in my research I found the following article whereby they're talking about reducing the max time from 3 hrs to 2hrs. http://!!!!!!!/1vXSYOD

    2. Date? It took place on 12 January 2013 - per their photo's I arrived at 16:02h and left at 19:34h - 31 minutes past the maximum. I have looked at my credit card history from that day and aside from having a meal, I don't recall this being any different from any other visit there. Incidentally, on their photo's they arrival is very clear as it's daytime, however the night photo isn't as clear and indeed I can't clearly see my number plate. Having said that, they may have better photo's that back this up.

    3. Sequence of p/w? I never kept any of the original letters as I (incorrectly) believed that nothing would come of this and had thrown them away. Having said that, they have put in the 50 page defence copies of all of these so I have them again. To be honest I thought I wouldn't hear about it again until on June 30th 2014 I received an N1CPC for the £85 plus a further £75 for court fee and solicitor's cost. As per post #13, I then responded online via the moneyclaim wesbite with a defence built around facts I gathered using this forum, a letter of which was sent to me on July 4th acknowledging receipt by the HM Courts and Tribunals service. Finally on 12 August I received two letter. One was as N149A (notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track) advising it is now a defended claim, that the case is suitable for the small claims track and if I believe not appropriate, I must complete box C1 on form N180 and explain why. It then explains that I have to have filed N180 with the Country court and the other party by 26 August (time running out!). Then, on the same date I received a letter from PE advising their reply to defence and this is the 50 page document which directly addressed my initial defence and then has an additional 50 pages explaining why they are in the right etc... I understand from previous posts that this is fairly standard, but I am happy to pick out bits you require to be able to assist.

Once again, I am thankful for any assistance you have on the matter. Incidentally, I just found another article which shows someone in the same car park won a case recently against them: http://!!!!!!!/1t7Or8S

(The !!!!! above is actually just bit dot ly)

You should complain in writing to JLL as they have cancelled cases quite a few times.
