Defaults on credit file - mortgage wanted

Options
If you have defaults on your credit file dated 2012/2013 (in the process of being settled in full - only just been made aware of these) once they are satisfied what LTV mortgage would we need to go for?

Basically what percentage deposit would we need. Is 20% feasible or does it need to be higher?

It depends on the size of these defaults, and when exactly they went on the file (please of course other underwriting considerations).

They are for 3 x £2-300. It's for old current accounts where interest has been charged on overdraft after account not being used and my partner moved address and didn't provide a forwarding one.

We have just obtained a credit report to check his file and noticed them. Also he wasn't on electoral roll but is now. He has no loans or credit cards and his present current account and phone contract is up to date.

On which version(s) of his credit file do they appear? Experian, Equifax and/or Call Credit?

They are only visible on Experian, or Experian is the only version you've obtained?

Worse case scenario there is a lender that will probably look at this.

Potentially more depending on the DATES and whether they are showing on all 3 credit reports or not.

Sorry was half asleep this morning - here are the actual dates

There are 4 defaults as didn't realise two were showing under Nationwide.

    Nationwide - default date 2/8/2010 - £317
    Nationwide - default date 23/1/2014 - £221
    Lowell Portfolio - default date - 5/6/2009 £214
    Aktiv Kapital - default date - 2/8/2010 - £317
