advise needed

Hi
I have been fighting Nat West for my daughter with the help of this great Site. She originally put in a claim for £2500 and they made an offer of £600 we rejected this without hesitation. We have now been offered £1400, this is now the problem she has not used this account for two years, at the time of making the first claim her overdraft was £1400 and she was £2600 over drawn in total however her latest statement arrived to day and it's now up to £3000, so it appears they are only offering her original over draft limit even though they continually adding charges on. Not sure what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Ninea, has the charges added up to £2500? Is the account at Credit Management Services? How old is your daughter?(that does seem an odd question to ask but i am asking if she was under 18 when she first started getting charges- not a dating mission, ok? :) )
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
