Intention to Proceed with Financial Order

Hi this is my first time posting on this board, but have many posts on the bankrupcy board and find the help invaluable.
The reason for posing on this board is that I was made bankrupt in May 2014 shortly after divorced proceedings were concluded. I now find myself in a situation where my ex-wife is now applying for a Financial order against myself.
I can not afford legal help with this and of course do not qualify for legal aid. What do I need to do? Should I tell her solicitors I am bankrupt and would this stop any action?
When I was made bankrupt there was no IPA made due to my lack of income and spare money after bills.
Please Help!

No, simply that i thought it be more appropriate to be in the dads group.
Financials were not arranged during the divorce, and i dont know what could happen or even how to complete the forms as i can not get legal help.BR - 27/05/2014 - Divorced Father of 2 Amazing Children, Step Father to Another 2 Amazing Children and Fiancee to an Amazing Lady0 -
So actually, this is a helpful thing that will bring things to a close. You're just saying what each of you gets.
You may find a specialist site like wikivorce helpful.
Half of nothing, however, is nothing - that may be what the settlement says, it just tidies things up.
Any kids?2021 GC £1365.71/ £24000 -
Thank you BrassicWoman, would it be worth including a copy of the court signed and stamped bankruptcy petition?BR - 27/05/2014 - Divorced Father of 2 Amazing Children, Step Father to Another 2 Amazing Children and Fiancee to an Amazing Lady0

It may be that she doesn't necessarily want any money out of you but wants to ensure that everything is finalised and you can't claim any money off her down the track should she end up in a better financial situation. Until the financial order is finalised you could still claim money from her later on.
I would suggest you post on the wikivorce site specific questions you have about filling in the paperwork. If you are bankrupt then that's what you need to declare.Starting Mortgage Balance: £264,800 (8th Aug 2014)

To be completely radical, why not ask your ex what she wants settled in the financial agreement?2021 GC £1365.71/ £24000
