I remember the pain of mine when l first had them on in my thirties, but that was the worst time it does get better and thereafter it's only when you have them altered you get pain and that's not so bad.

The brace wax is brilliant, l went through lots of that. And foods like spaghetti Bolognese and curries stain the elastic bands horribly, so l tried to only eat those the day before l had them changed.

Good luck, it's the best thing I've ever paid for, l have a lot more confidence with a straight smile.
