interest awarded on county court judgement - HELP!!!!!

hi all, i have successfully claimed back my charges from lloyds, after the court ruled judgement in my favour.

the claim was for charges plus interest, and on friday 13th july they settled in full. but on the judgement form it clearly states ' it is therefore ordered that you pay the claiment £584.69 debt (and interest to date of judgement).'

so my question is should i be claiming extra intrest?

a) from the date i sent the 1st letter to LTSB claiming back the charges
b) from the date the court case began
or
c) not at all.

and if i should be at what rate?

also i would be very appreciative if anyone can help with this aswell.

on 28/05/07 i moved out of my rented house, and went with a new letting agent. my original letting agent was disputing some payments and witheld £270 of my deposit. today i proved that the payments were made and they are in the wrong, when they refund me -
a) am i entitled to any interest on this (being as though they unlawfully witheld my money)
and b) at what rate is it calculated.

thanks to anyone that can help with this, and a huge thankyou to every single person posting stories, hints and useful information regarding claiming back bank charges - i think i would have given up months ago if it wasnt for the help and support on this site.

finally anyone who is dealing with lloyds or their solicitors is welcome to pm me any questions and i will try and give some hints now ive got success.

if you are waiting on a payment from sc&m my advise is to ring from 9am every 20minutes till they close, and they will pay up.
took me a day and a half but i made sure every single person in their office was board of answering the phone to me and having me whinge down the phone at them.
and i got the result.
