Asserting that the registered keeper is liable regardless and that they must disclose details of the driver are clear breaches of the CoP and as such must therefore constitute breaches of Cascade's/NPC's KADOE contract.

That has to be the singularly worst example of a NtK I have seen this year and I'd suggest that it may well constitute an "aggressive business practice".

In any event stiff complaints to both BPA (Steve Clark) and DVLA (Kevin Watts) - email address in the Newbie thread.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Certainly makes a mockery of the BPA and DVLA's claims that they audit AOS members.

op - I hope that's a nom de plume at foot of letter! Remove if it's your name:-)

POI? to the experts. Should op not also highlight complete inaccuracy of location?

I'd have thought a letter to the landowner is in order pointing out that they are vicariously liable for this rubbish being perpetrated by their agent.
