Any advice when doing your own viewings when selling your house?

    I wouldn't get into any conversation about price at all. That really is one for the agent and best kept at arms length.

    I don't know if it is different with the Scottish system, but pretty much everyone who viewed my flat asked what price I was looking for, and I asked the person who sold me my flat too. This was before home buyers reports though so maybe it is different now as with the survey valuation available for anyone to look at, it is pretty clear what you're looking for.
