Anyone know if Santander will accept an R85 in respect of a 123 current account?
This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !

No reason why they shouldn't. In fact, you would have reason to complain if they didn't.0

If you're wanting gross interest then you can DIY online (not sure via their app but certainly with online banking/web browser).
Go to 'my details and settings', then click on 'change personal details' followed by 'change tax status'.

No problem.
But they don't do it for all your accounts (well at least for my mum). If you look at the top there should be a selection bar with various accounts eligible for gross interest. If you 'register for gross interest' with one account and then select another account you'll notice that it's default is 'deregistered for gross interest' and so, they have to be updated individually.
