It's our 40th wedding anniversary beginning of November and we've now been to Caleta, fuerteventura in a beachfront apartment 7 times, so feel maybe a change is now needed. Don't fancy Lanzarote, but maybe Gran Canaria or Tenerife. We like quite a nice quiet resort, but not dead and preferably an apartment or hotel next to a beach with a beautiful sea view a stones throw away.
Any ideas anyone, would be greatly appreciated.

Taurito Princess, Gran Canaria.
To be fair, there'll be hundreds of alternatives!0 -
Caleta is very quiet - You'd be best on the north coast of tenerife (plenty of resorts), or La Palma.0

Have you thought if Madeira? Lovely place would recommend Eden Mar suites hotel or Porto Mar. Gorgeous place and fab hotel. Go several times at end of October and weather is lovely doesn't get cold at night and loads of nice places to eat. Afternoon tea at Reeds is a wonderful treat.0

We've been to caleta and to corralejo before and enjoyed both. Last year went tto gran canaria for the first time and loved it. We stayed in puerto rico which was nice but when we go back this time we're looking at puerto de mogan. Its a really pretty fishing village. Have fun choosing!0

Puerto de Mogan would suit you. We've been twice and loved it. The hotel Puerto Mogan is a seafront property with stunning views, although we always stay at the Cordial Mogan Playa, which is superb.0

I would also recommend Puerto de Mogan if you want somewhere quiet but with access to places. It has a lovely market (can not remember what days) and its a fishing village with a beach, shops, cafes and restaurants.0
