Villa bookings - descriptions?

If you booked a villa which was described as "fully air-conditioned" would you expect to find that it was restricted by timer to 2 hours at a time, which in a country where overnight temp can easily be 25 degrees or more means you end up waking up to re-set it a number of times in the night?

In past years we've always avoided any villa where air-con is restricted (or used options where there is an extra fee and factored it in) but this wasn't mentioned at all.

did it say anywhere that it was restricted, if not i would expect it to be 24/7

No, it just said "fully air-conditioned" and that it was included in the price.
We've seen others that charge extra, so at least then you can factor it in, and in the past where there has been any comment about any restrictions, we have queried it with the owners/rental company to check any fees to add extra.
This time it didn't say there were any restrictions, but when it's 25' C at night, any effect from the air con wears off after about 30 mins, so you end up waking 3 times a night (less towards the end of the holiday when you get more used to the heat).

We've always been happy to pay for 24/7 air-con as it's what we want available (not that we just leave it on regardless when we're out/not using rooms).
