In-post lockers

Hi all. I've recently sold a couple of items on ebay that needed posting to the buyers, so longed onto my usuall carriers and see there's currently a promotional rate for using in post locker service £1.70 to send a package. So I take up this service even though it's a few miles to my nearest locker, contact the buyer to tell him I can refund a few quid on his postage ( because I'm nice like that ) travel to the lockers this morning at 7am, FULL no lockers available , so try again this afternoon FULL another wasted trip
NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN AM I GOING TO USE THIS SERVICE,
So now I'm stuck with a package all paid for and have to keep poping in to see if there's room to send it.

Surprised I can't see any other inpost threads.
Go to first set of lockers, not working, ring number and get cut off at every option other than one that may earn them money.

Put parcel into 4 miles away in another locker 5 days ago, still showing as sitting locker awaiting collection.
Their website has no contact us section just awful faq sections, search is utterly useless as even searching for the word CONTACT brings zero results.
Finally find a live chat button, the second the guy admits the parcel hasn't even been collected he cuts me off chat.

Put a post on Facebook asking why their service is so bad, post is deleted.
