Lloyds / Lloyds TSB / TSB

Hi
I want to look at bank account transactions on my existing bank account (via data protection). My bank account has moved over time from Lloyds originally, to Lloyds TSB, and now (forced) to TSB as a result of the demerger.
It is the same bank account but who do I write to... new TSB, new Lloyds, or both?
Thank you

TSB as you are now a customer of theirs.0

Definitely TSB, Lloyds staff shouldn't have access to your account records now.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Shouldn't but they do, they can see all accounts you have have within lloyds, TSB, Halifax and Bank Of Scotland.
They all use the same IT system since they became part of the Lloyds Banking Group!!
TSB might be a separate bank but its still owned by Lloyds until it is partly floated then sold off to whom ever wants to buy them.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -

All I can say is: when I applied for a BOS credit card using my correct details (exactly the same as held by Lloyds, TSB and Halifax), they somehow mangled my address. A few days later, I noticed that my address became mangled with Lloyds, TSB and Halifax...0 -
Its quite complicated but TSB has already been independently floated as TSB Banking Group and has its own listing on the London Stock Exchange seperate from Lloyds Group and has its own board/ceo/share price etc - however Lloyds Banking Group is the majority shareholder in TSB Banking Group and owns about 62% of it which will reduce significantly over the next year. Lloyds has no say how that newly seperated group is run and certainly should not have access to TSB customers details anymore. If you have a debt with Lloyds they cannot raid your TSB accounts to set off.
I remember some terms and conditions I received last year explained that Lloyds Group would still have details of TSB customers for marketing purposes while TSB was seperated but still within Lloyds Group - as was the case between September 2013 to June 2014.0 -

Perhaps the situation changed when they sold off some off the TSB shares, or at the end of July when they stopped Lloyds and TSB customers using each other's branches?0

Perhaps in your little world I'm wrong, however since I have accounts with all the banks mentioned, I know for a fact they can see all your accounts.
When I spoke to a customer representative last month they could quite clearly see all my accounts across Lloyds, TSB, Halifax And Bank Of Scotland.
So either she was lying or you are wrong which is it to be?Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -
Was this in a branch or over the phone? Because I know how the LBG systems work, TSB's systems have been seperated completely.dr_adidas01 wrote: »Perhaps in your little world I'm wrong, however since I have accounts with all the banks mentioned, I know for a fact they can see all your accounts.
