BT-Go Paperfree!!

Got a bill today from BT.
On it it said save £6 a year (50p a month) by opting to get a bill online istead of through the post.:j
Went onto their website only to find it says save 25p a month (£3 a Year) and not what they said on my bill.
Tried to ring them to query it on an 0800 number -spent 5 minutes navigating options-15 minutes on hold and gave up!
It seems it is impossible to actually speak to a human being in companies these days.
Shame really as it looked a good idea...on paper!!
Bye,

Received bill Saturday same as every month. Puzzle is I've been on "paperless" billing for months now and received the 50p discount.
Don't know about e-mailing though, did that to advise of this billing anomoly and received reply, I'm assuming from India going by the standard of English and the signatory, to the effect that they didn't understand what my problem was, that I was registered for paperless billing, receiving the discount and to explain further!
No thanks, just keep posting the bills and applying the discount. So much for trying to save on paper.0 -
or use their ring back where they ring you
Ive always been paperless with them, not sure if i recieved 50p off though lol, but id rather not have the paper clutter up the place. Save a tree and all that
