Help - Sending Document for Review from Word

Hi,
I wonder if anybody can help me. At home I can send a Document I am working on by e-mail to myself at work direct from Word by clicking "File", then "Send To" and then selecting "Mail Recipient (for Review)". This means I don't have to open up Outlook Express, create a new message and then attach the document as it is all done automatically.
However when I try to do the same thing from my PC at work the option "Mail Recipient (for Review)" is greyed out and I cannot select it.
If I use the help feature this is what it says:-
"To use this procedure, you must be using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Exchange, or any 32-bit e-mail program compatible with the Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI)"
We use Lotus Notes which I assume it is compatible with the "MAPI" as I can send presentation from Powerpoint using the same method but just can't send anything from Word.
Any ideas?

Erm. I'm not that familiar with Lotus Notes, but it sounds like the issue is more with Word if it works from Powerpoint. It's controlled from Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Programs > Email so first thing I'd check is that's set correctly.
Do you not have an IT person or department?
Only other suggestions... make sure Office is up-to-date http://office.microsoft.com.0 -

If you change the IE setting to something else like Outlook Express does the option become available? Just seeing if we can limit the possibilities down.0
