    Which PPC? Most of them never ever try court and just spam you with junk mail, a well known letter chain of debt collector rubbish.

    Haven't PALS and the Facilities Manager sorted it out & cancelled it yet? We see Hospital PCNs all the time on here and your scenario is one where it gets cancelled.

    APCOA won't try a small claim, relax. They haven't a clue. We know of two/three they tried and they mucked up the process completely as they are not the principal party so couldn't claim. See the newbies thread, post #5 about small claims and click on the link of the 'list of cases won (non exhaustive)' where earlier this year you can see the links to threads about the APCOA mess-ups. One poster in April got PAID a three figure sum by APCOA - her full costs - and they had to drop it. You can read her full story if you follow the links.

    I just had to check that this wasnt actually the Dental Hospital near Ardwick in Manchester as getting the actual ppc name was like pulling teeth :)

    hence me googling it
