hi all. My wife and i have a telephone appointment with step change tomorrow in regards to setting up an iva. Just wondering if anyone can shine any light on what to expect from the call. been told it could last upto 90 minutes.

Expect to talk about your debt levels, with the difference companies and the IVA contract.

... And for them to refer your case to Grant Thornton.
If that it so, with all the negative press about GT, you should Google 'iva comparison' and speak to 2-3 other well reviewed companies, assuming if course that you think the iva is right for you.
