Advice Please - holiday doesn't contain what we asked for

We booked a holiday to Orlando through the Thompson shop where we live. We specifically asked for Disney and Universal Studios tickets to be included in the holiday package. Thompson booked the holiday through Jetsave and we signed the holiday agreement in good faith on the understanding that the 14 Day Ultimate ticket on the agreement was for Disney and US tickets. When I went to the Thompson shop yesterday to pick up the travel documents the holiday only contains tickets for Disney and not Universal Studios. Thompson have it on their computer screen that thay asked Jetsave for Universal Studios tickets, Jetsave say that they didn't.
Who is responsible for sorting this out and more importantly, who pays for the Universal Studios tickets if they have been missed off the holiday that we paid for in good faith?
Basically, if we had been told that the universal studios tickets were not included then we would have gone elsewhere and not paid for the holiday. Furious

It should be that Thomson provide you with the tickets for now if it's on your documentation. It's then up to them to argue it out with Jetsave as to who's error it is, but as you have it on your docs you shouldn't go without them.Lea
