No idea on legalities but if you trust the two statements it seems dash took the money, gave it to ATP and now ATP have cancelled the gig and have washed their hands of the whole thing and said dash are the point of sale so should refund the money.
It seems like ATP are bad seeds!0 -

That's what I make of it too.
Saying that, buyers contract is with DASH, so they should seek their refund through DASH if that's where they bought their ticket.
Dash would then have to reclaim the money from ATP, if they have any left...Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Thats exactly how I read it too, hence why I posted the above, if they put this one event on and let it ride without selling that many tickets it makes you wonder what their cashflow is like and money in the bank etc0

I will never buy an ATP ticket again. It seems to me that ATP had no working capital and are working hand to mouth, and the cash flow has gone wrong somewhere and the money is gone.
Have also lodged a story with BBC Watchdog, just to see what happens!0
