Has Anyone Recieved a low CCP claim?

Hi,

We have been offered £202 based on £150 total payment. However I've found we have records of CPP taking a total of £400 from our credit card since 2007 to 2013. So are CPP trying to short sell us again?

Cheers.

If you have documentary proof that you paid more than you have been awarded then you should dispute the amount with CPP.
  • hi guys,

I just received slightly over £90 compensation for CPP but I am certain that I had this policy for about 4 maybe 5 years. This looks like compensation for initial payment only. I no longer have the credit card statements, or the credit card account with NatWest for that matter, is there a way of finding out how much and when I paid so I can dispute the amount? Thank you

If you have documentary proof from your own archive that you paid more than has been awarded, then you can "dispute" the amount. Otherwise, there is nothing you can do.

Being "certain" you paid more means nothing.

Do remember that most complainants get only a nominal sum and that the refunds are only of payments since 2005.
