Don't use Alamo their agents in italy force you to take extra insurance even though you have paid up front. They refuse to refund extra charges and are telling me that they believe these rogues words over long standing customers. If you know how to get my monies back please tell me. But donot book through alamo their customer service is dire.:mad:

ALL car rental agents try to sell extra insurance, breakdown cover etc. You just need to say no and check what you're signing for.
