Bank account options

Does anyone know of a bank account that will allow my wife and I to hold separate current accounts and savings accounts and hold under a single umbrella? My aim is to be able to log in online and be able to view all accounts under a single log in. Not able to access my wives account (and vice versa!) but be able to transfer money in and see the balance, etc.
Our present account with IF provides exact this and is great, only i think IF is winding down. Yet another interest reduction letter today, no investment in contactless payment, no mobile banking app, etc, so i think time to move.
Many thanks

  • No the only way you can see all accounts with a single log in is with joint accounts.

The YBS Money Manager (like the equivalent provided by First Direct) is just a reduced-function implementation of ewise. It is clonky when you have more than a handful of accounts, often doesn't work at all and you must have an account with YBS before you can use it.

You can use the native ewise straight away. The only potential downside is that it only works in Internet Explorer.
