Don't you think it is a bit impolite to burst into an internet forum without introducing yourself and asking whether people make money from some unregulated scheme that has clearly not been discussed on this board before?
How about you telling us instead how you are making money from this plan, and why anyone should want to know?0 -
Isn't a flexible mortgage which used to be available (not sure if it still is)? In which you would do better to ask on the Mortgages & Endowments board.
Or do you mean a similarly named "Hallmark Equity Release" plan. A type of plan I am deeply suspicious of and believe is suitable for almost nobody.0
