Car finance can I switch it to another Car?
Hi guys I have a Focus ST on finance I'm happily paying the payments without an issue, but since owning the ST I've now got a craving to get the RS the next model up.
I have about 3 years left on my 5 year deal is there anyway I can simply switch the finance over to another Car?
For example the STs value being about 6k get a 15k RS increase monthly installments accordingly etc etc
Just curious more than anything.

Contact the dealer, chances are the way it would work is that the new finance would clear the current one and finance the next car, a new credit check would be applied, there are often arrangement and settlement fees, so I cannot see it being a deal similar to someone taking up a new deal.0

So I'd probably end up paying loads extra just for the sake of a few years waiting?
I think I have everything I need thanks

Yes you can, and of course it'll cost you. They'll be quite happy for you to bring your car back on year 2 out of 5, give you a value for it (that's what the car's worth), tell you how much EXTRA you need to put in on top of what you've already paid, and start you on a new deal.0
