Date mismatch on credit reports for Administration Order

Hello All,
Wondering if someone can give me some advise about my credit report and the way that the Administration Order (Like an IVA but for debts less than £5,000 through the CC) I have is shown.
An administration order was issued by Northampton County Court on 4 Sep 2008. This was then showing on all 3 credit files as above.
my Experian & Call Credit credit report shows that it is due to be removed next month as it's 6 years old - no problems there.
But Equifax is showing as a different story which is where I am confused a little and wondering if someone can help please:
On the 22 October 2009 my financial circumstances changed for the better so I UPPED the payments by £20 per month. Experian and Call Credit remained the same.
However Equifax then added ANOTHER AO onto my report on the 22 Oct 2009 with a Status of 'ACTIVE' - To Be Removed Oct 2015 (even though its same reference as the original)
They then left the original AO as 'active' until 22 Feb 2010 when they marked it as 'discharged' status - to be removed Feb 2016.
So as of now I have 2 AO's showing on my Equifax report of which one is 'active' & the other a 'discharged' yet they are for the same order with the same reference number from 2008 (not 2009 or 2010 as they are stating)
So basically what I am getting at is - can I do anything about these dates been wrong with Equifax?
If I'd have known it would add another 2 years onto been removed from my credit file I wouldn't have upped the payments! seems daft really as nothing else changed other than the payment amount & now I have to endure another 2 years when in theory it should all be done with next month!!
Thanks for any helpful advise in advance.
