Barclay's Complaint error

Hi.
I've recently been in dispute with Barclay's. I've been dealing with a complaint manager.
I don't wanna go into to much detail, however when they made their final decision and didn't upheld my complaint.
Anyways her final decision doesn't match what is said in the final letter.
Barclay's have re opened the complaint basically I was given false information.

If your not happy with how there dealing with your complaint, contact FOS, provide all your evidence etc for your complaint and they will deal with it on your behalf.0 -

Update...
I'm still waiting as they re opened my complaint as they made errors in the complaint process.
When they gave me a final response on phone regarding complaint it doest match their decision to disagree with me on their final response letter...
Barclay's agreed my points and agreed to re open and re consider their decision I'm still waiting..
I've called customer response team everyday day asking for a calk back. Keep getting told they call me BUT can't guarantee me when.. 7days on no call back.
How serious will the ombudsman take failing of complaint and given false info on their final decision0 -
