I'M CLAIMING £1700 FROM BARCLAYS, HAD AN OFFER TO SETTLE AT £700 BUT THOUGHT THAT WAS TOO LOW!

    you can expect a court date or implications of when your case will be heard, can be without hearing in some cases...the court will notify you
