Not too sure if it is in the right pace

Been trying to get a refund from puma.com.....Never buy online from them as their customer service is dire

I have sent numerous emails through their system...all unanswered
Called to be quickly told refund will be sent
then today called to be told....Nothing....They cant tell me if item received or when refund will be given....Told me originally 5 days for them to respond to emails, then when i told them it was longer than 5 days...She got all shirty and said they will answer emails in time. she then proceeded to tell me she had to cut the call as other people to deal with.
All to no avail, I responded that she had not dealt with my query.

Anyways getting nowhere....is there a email/tel no. other than that on their site as I seem to get nowhere

Try posting something on their Twitter account @PUMA - maybe something like why are your customer service people so rude and where is my refund?
