she may have an off peak meter set up where other energy firms won't touch it. So not that they won't allow it but she can't get another supplier to take her0

5 of the big 6 support dual rate key prepay meters,SSE not appearing in a comp site check. edf price blue was cheapest. not big savings tho with only £85 yearly saving. I was talking to someone yesterday who says the housing association she is with won't allow her to choose her own energy supplier. Is this legal? She has a key meter don't know if this makes a difference.
