Hi all, Can someone explain how I contact ebay when I can't "sign in" No matter how I try to contact C/S I need to sign in first, chat, phone call, any other option available all require a signing in. When I go to sign in, I get as far as the 2nd letter of my ID & the screen freezes. Luckily I am not selling anything, if I were & a question was asked about the item, I wouldn't be able to respond.
Frustration isn't the word. I've found ebays address & am sending a letter this morning, ridiculous innit? :mad::mad::mad:

I think ebay have problems again this morning. I have logged in and managed to deal with a couple of items- but now ebay shows as unavailable on the server.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Managed to do 2- although print postage wouldn't work so I swapped to paper hand written labels. My holiday settings came off yesterday and I had a huge rush (for me that is as a small seller) about 2 days worth of sales in 8 hours- and I need to get these done and posted before I go out again.

I had the problem again last night where Ebay is telling UK sellers I don't ship to their location. This is the fifth time a buyer has told me this, and how many others have given up and bought elsewhere ?
Working today, so will phone Ebay again tonight. I booked a call back last night, but that never happened. It's getting worse You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

How odd, ebay seems to be working fine for me.
Im with virgin as well and got fed up with the dns problems anf just switched to google dns and havent had a problem since.0
