Just to let people know - RBS have accepted liability re the above outstanding PPI liability.
Style Financial Services Ltd were based in Glasgow, 'til they went bust in 2008.
I had a store card when I was a student back in 2001 and recently found an old statement that included 'Stylecare' payment of xxx pcm. Luckily I had a copy of the original Credit Agreement and I hadn't even ticked that I wanted any cover!
I had to conatct the FOS before RBS admitted they were the bank to send any PPI complaints too.

Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.
